Day 8: May 27, 2024

This final day of adventure has been both a full and relaxed one. With an early morning visit to the very heart of Vatican City and its exquisite cathedral, we then had plenty of time for an exceptional lunch, a hike to a hilltop, and yes, an afternoon nap! We then journeyed into town for a farewell dinner near the Spanish Steps. But before we can truly say goodbye to Rome, a late night gelato was also a necessity Living the life!
