Day 3: May 22, 2024

The team took a nice victory today in their first match of the tour, winning 69-66 over Milano3 Basketball. It was a competitive performance, met with equal parts camaraderie off the court afterwards, exactly as an international friendly should be played. To warm up for the game though, we started the morning early with a personal tour of Milan's grand cathedral. Topped by a visit to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the medieval Piazza Mercanti, we have certainly immersed ourselves in the local beauty. From here onwards it only gets better!
