Day 9: April 20, 2025

April 20 – Departure Day Sunday was departure day. Some of the land-only families left earlier in the morning, while the rest of the group had a more relaxed start to the day, enjoying a leisurely breakfast and some downtime at the hotel until our scheduled pick-up at 2:30 PM. We arrived at the airport around 3:30 PM, and I said goodbye to the group as they prepared to fly back to New Jersey. It’s been an unforgettable week full of culture, football, friendships, and amazing memories. I feel so lucky to have shared this journey with such a wonderful group.
