Day 7: April 4, 2024
Celtic Day Biography
This day was by far the best day in Glasgow. We woke up decently early at 7:00am and went down to breakfast to have some of the best tasting foods that you can imagine. Everything tastes so much better with more natural ingredients. After breakfast we went back up to our rooms to go get ready for our training at 10:00 at the Clydebank Sports Club Complex.
We got there a little early and got to see some of the younger teams play. For the training we got coached by a guy named Rudy, who is a coach on the Celtic Academy Team. He had us work on killer passes, which work on splitting the back line and finding a ball through or isolating for a 1 on 1. The training was ran exactly like the Celtic academy was run, so we worked hard and had a lot of fun.
After the training we drove to the Celtic Stadium and ate lunch in the room across from the women’s Celtic 1st team. After we finished with an amazing lunch we went to the Celtic store and bought about half the store. Our tour of the stadium continued after that and we got to see one of the most decorated trophy rooms in the Scottish Premiership. The stadium, named Paradise, holds 60,000 people and has hosted legendary sides such as Liverpool Fc, Manchester City, Barcelona Fc, and many others. We saw the locker room, tunnel and got a field side view on the benches of the teams. That ended our legendary, Celtic dominated day.
