Day 9: July 7, 2024

Today we had a very long day on the bus back to Madrid. Almost 6 hours! Once in Madrid we went to the city center for lunch and do the last minute shopping. Some of us went crazy in the Barça store and others in the retro soccer store. Before returning to the hotel, as a farewell, we got some churros with chocolate from the San Gines churrería, the most famous in Madrid. In our way back to the hotel, we passsed by the Neptuno fountain, were Atletico fans celebrate their titles. We also drove by Retiro Park and Prado Museum. BAck in the hotel we have our last meeting as a team and we all share our best memories from the tournament.
