Day 2: August 1, 2023

The first group arrived at 6.30am this morning. Tired but ready to go. We travelled to the hotel and we were able to check in straight away, which was very welcome. Whilst we we were waiting for the second group to arrive on the later flight we took the opportunity to visit one of the biggest shopping malls in London. Following a short rest the boys were out training with their excellent coaches for a session. After dinner at the hotel everyone retired shattered and ready for a good nights sleep. All hopefully refreshed for a great day planned ahead. Andy B
